Hi – I’m Christine
I Was the Mom Who Had It Together. And Was Quietly Falling Apart Inside.
I am an identity coach for overwhelmed moms — and I use creativity as the practical tool that brings you back to yourself.

I Was Capable. I Handled Everything. And I Called the Emptiness Strength.
I know what it feels like to do everything right, and still feel like something is quietly, persistently missing.
Not a crisis. Not a breakdown. Just a steady, low hum of where did I go?
I’m a wife, a homeschooling mom, and a maker — someone who has always had creativity running through me. Jewelry, sewing, crochet, knitting, embroidery — I’ve made things my whole life.
But at some point, creating stopped being something I did for me. It became something I did when everything else was done. Which meant it happened less and less.
And the less I made space for that part of myself, the more I felt like I was disappearing inside my own life.
Still showing up. Still functioning. Still grateful. But a little further from myself with every season.
I think a lot of moms know that feeling. Not because we have bad lives, but because we’re so in our lives for everyone else that we slowly forget to stay in them for ourselves.
When my son was born, I did what capable moms do.
I figured it out (with some loved ones’ help). I showed up. I handled it.
Work, home, motherhood — I kept it all moving.
And when people asked how I was, I said fine.
The thing about being good at everything is that you can do it for a very long time before you notice the cost.
I had been pouring out into my son, my work, my home, without any real way to pour back into myself.
And the most creative, most alive parts of me had gone so quiet I had nearly forgotten they were there.
I was not struggling. I was functioning.
But functioning is not the same as thriving.
And somewhere in the back of my mind, beneath the fine, I knew that.
Being capable of doing everything does not mean you were made to do it without yourself.
Then One Day I Stopped Performing Fine.
The shift for me wasn’t a dramatic moment. It was small. Quiet. Almost embarrassing in how simple it was.
I found my old jewelry supplies one quiet evening and made something.
It sounds small. But in that moment I felt something shift.
Not because I had made something beautiful.
Because for the first time in years I had been fully present in my own experience.
Not Mom, me.
Not employee me.
Not the me that holds everything together for everyone else.
Just me.
That moment showed me what I had been missing.
Not time. Not a break. Not help.
Myself.
And creativity, not as a hobby, not as a side hustle, but as a genuine practice of self-reconnection, was the tool that brought me back.
I gave myself permission to create — not for an outcome, not for income, not to finish something impressive. Just because it was mine.
And something in me exhaled.
That’s what this whole space is about. Not a program, not a system, not a 5-step plan. Just — exhaling.
Finding the small, real moments where you feel like yourself again. And learning how to protect them.
Being capable of doing everything does not mean you were made to do it without yourself.
Now I Help Other Moms Do the Same.
The women I work with are not weak. They are not asking for rescue.
They are strong, self-sufficient, high-functioning moms who are running on empty — and saying I’m fine while they do it.
They love their families deeply.
They show up for everyone.
And they have been quietly putting the most important parts of themselves on hold — sometimes for years.
Not because they do not know better.
Because no one ever told them that coming back to themselves was allowed.
I am here to say — it is not just allowed.
It is necessary. It is an act of faith. And it is exactly what you were made for.
You don’t need more time. You need something that’s yours again. I’ll help you find it.
You’re carrying a full life, and doing it well. But somewhere inside that fullness, you’ve stopped feeling like you have room.
You don’t feel broken. You’re not falling apart. You just know something is missing, and you’re not sure how to name it, let alone fix it.
You want something that’s yours again. Not a new identity. Not a total overhaul. Just a little more of yourself, in the life you already have.
