FOR SUMMIT SPEAKERS
The Whisper That Wouldn't Leave
Where the woman within begins to stir.
October 19–21, 2026 | Virtual Summit
Speaker Application Deadline: September 10, 2026
Could Your Voice Be Part of This Conversation?
Maybe you help women create.
Maybe you help them build confidence, manage their time, start businesses, navigate change, explore their dreams, care for themselves, strengthen relationships, find community, rediscover what they enjoy, or finally take action on something they’ve been putting off.
And maybe you’re wondering:
“But does what I do fit an identity and motherhood summit?”
It might fit more than you think.
The Whisper That Wouldn’t Leave is not looking for 20 speakers to teach mothers about “identity.”
We’re bringing together different voices, experiences, stories, and areas of expertise that can help a mom reconnect with herself.
If what you know can help her notice herself, understand herself, make room for herself, explore something that matters to her, or take a meaningful next step toward the woman she is becoming…
we’d love for you to keep reading.
What Is The Whisper That Wouldn't Leave?
The Whisper That Wouldn’t Leave is a 3-day virtual summit for mothers who have reached that quiet point where something inside keeps saying:
There has to be more of me in my life than this.
She loves her family.
She’s doing what needs to be done.
Life may even look perfectly fine from the outside.
But underneath the schedules, responsibilities, routines, and everybody needing something from her…
there’s a whisper.
What about me?
What do I want now?
Who am I becoming?
Is there more of me I haven’t made room for yet?
Somewhere along the way, parts of her may have gotten quieter.
Her interests.
Her creativity.
Her dreams.
Her needs.
Her confidence.
Her curiosity.
Her goals.
Or simply her ability to answer:
“What do I want?”
The whisper is that little feeling that keeps returning.
And this summit is an invitation to finally listen.
Coming back to yourself.
Our Mission
Our mission is to create a warm, honest space where mothers can reconnect with the woman within through reflection, creativity, understanding, and meaningful next steps.
We are NOT here to tell mothers they need to become better moms.
We are NOT here to convince them to completely reinvent their lives.
And we’re definitely not telling them they need to “get the old me back.”
Because motherhood changes us.
Life changes us.
We grow.
We evolve.
We become.
Instead, we want to help her explore:
Who am I now?
What has changed in me?
What have I been missing?
What do I want more of?
What might be trying to emerge next?
And most importantly:
What can I actually do with what I’m discovering?
You Do NOT Have to Be an "Identity Expert" to Speak
Seriously. 💜
Identity touches almost every part of a woman’s life.
That’s why we aren’t looking for speakers who all teach the same thing.
We want this summit to bring different perspectives into the conversation.
Your expertise might be in:
- Creativity, hobbies, art, writing, or self-expression
- Time, boundaries, rest, or creating personal space
- Confidence, courage, self-trust, or personal growth
- Career changes, entrepreneurship, purpose, or starting something new
- Dreams, goals, passions, ideas, or interests
- Relationships, friendships, community, or connection
- Motherhood transitions and changing seasons of life
- Mindset, habits, routines, or decision-making
- Organization, simplifying, productivity, or reducing overwhelm
- Style, beauty, home, movement, wellness, or self-care
- Spirituality, reflection, journaling, or inner exploration
- Learning, curiosity, or trying something new
- Navigating change, uncertainty, or becoming someone new
- Making time for something that matters
- Turning an idea into action
- Rediscovering joy, play, fun, or adventure
- Your own lived experience of realizing, “Wait…what about me?”
And nope — that’s not the whole list.
Your topic doesn’t have to be “about identity.”
It needs to connect back to the woman experiencing it.
Look at Your Expertise Through a Different Lens
Instead of asking:
“Do I teach about identity?”
Ask:
“How could what I know help a mother hear or respond to the whisper she’s been ignoring?”
That’s where things get interesting.
- A creativity expert might help her rediscover something she enjoys.
- A business coach might talk about the idea or dream she keeps thinking about but hasn’t allowed herself to pursue.
- A time-management expert might help her understand why she never seems to make her own list.
- A confidence coach might help her trust what she wants.
- A writer might show her how journaling can help her hear herself again.
- A wellness professional might help her reconnect with her body, energy, or needs.
- A community expert might explore what happens when a woman finds people who know her — not just “Mom”.
- A career expert might talk about realizing the path that once fit no longer does.
- A creative entrepreneur might share what happened when she followed an idea that wouldn’t leave her alone.
- Someone who has gone through a major life transition might share what it was like to realize she had changed — and what happened when she stopped fighting it.
Your expertise is the doorway.
Her reconnection is the thread connecting the summit together.
Who Is the Mom We're Speaking To?
She’s not necessarily in crisis.
She may not even have language for what’s happening yet.
She might simply think:
- I don’t know what I like anymore.
- I want something that’s mine.
- I miss creating.
- I keep thinking about this idea.
- I finally have free time and don’t know what to do with it.
- I feel guilty when I do something just for me.
- I love being a mom…but I don’t want that to be all of me.
- Something feels different.
- I think I’m changing.
- There has to be room for me too.
She’s heard the whisper.
She just may not know what to do with it yet.
That’s where our speakers come in.
What We Want Her to Leave With
We don’t expect one speaker to solve everything.
Actually, please don’t try. 😂
You may simply give her one piece of the puzzle.
One realization.
One story where she recognizes herself.
One question she hasn’t thought to ask.
One practical tool.
One creative experience.
One new perspective.
One thing she wants to try.
One tiny next step.
By the end of the summit, we’d love for her to move from:
“Something is missing, but I don’t know what.”
toward:
“Ohhh. I understand what I’ve been feeling.”
“I’m allowed to want something for myself.”
“I’m curious about who I’m becoming.”
“There’s something I’d like to explore.”
“I know one thing I can do next.”
You don’t need to give her the entire map.
Sometimes she just needs someone to turn on a light.
What Kind of Sessions Are We Looking For?
We want sessions that feel human, relatable, useful, and connected to real life.
Think:
Story + Insight + Something She Can Take With Her
You can teach.
You can tell a story.
You can guide an experience.
You can lead a reflection.
You can share a tool.
You can challenge a belief.
You can help her try something.
Or combine several of these.
We especially encourage topics that leave attendees with something they can think about, try, explore, create, notice, or do after your session.
We aren’t looking for a 30-minute sales pitch.
We want your expertise to shine by letting women experience the value of what you do.
