Exercise 01  ✦  Trust
The Evidence Collector
Your inner critic has been collecting evidence against you for years. It is time to collect evidence for you instead.
List 5 things you have ever created that you felt proud of — no matter how small, how long ago, or how unfinished they were.

Exercise 02  ✦  Inner Critic
The Inner Critic Reframe
The voice that says you are not creative enough, not talented enough, not consistent enough — it is not telling the truth. Let us rewrite it.
First: write what your inner critic says most often about your creativity.

Then: rewrite each statement as if you were speaking to a friend who said it.

Exercise 03  ✦  Identity
Your Creative Origin Story
You were creative before anyone told you whether you were good at it or not. That version of you still lives somewhere inside you.
When did you first know you were creative? What were you doing? How did it feel? What happened to that version of you?

Exercise 04  ✦  Permission
The Permission Letter
You have been waiting for someone to tell you it is okay to create without being perfect, without finishing everything, without having it all figured out. That permission has to come from you.
Write yourself a permission letter. Give yourself permission to create imperfectly, inconsistently, and without justification.

Exercise 05  ✦  Vision
The Creative Life I Want
Not the perfect version. Not the Instagram version. The real version — the one that fits inside the life you actually have.
Describe what your creative life looks like when it is working well for you. What are you making? How often? How does it feel? Who knows about it?

Exercise 06  ✦  Courage
The One Small Yes
Confidence does not come before creating. It comes from creating. The smallest creative yes builds more trust than waiting until you feel ready.
What is one small creative thing you could say yes to this week — something so small it almost feels too easy? Write it down. Then do it.
