The Invisible
Mental Load

There is a weight you carry that nobody else can see. This checklist is here to finally make it visible — not so you feel worse, but so you finally feel seen.

A gentle note

This tool is for personal reflection and self-awareness only. It is not therapy or professional mental health support. If you are experiencing severe distress, please reach out to a qualified professional.

Step 1 of 5 · About You

Let us make this just for you

Before we begin, tell me a little about yourself.

Step 2 of 5 · How This Works

Here is what to expect

This is not a productivity audit. It is a mirror.

1

Go through each category and check every item that lives in your head or on your invisible to-do list — whether or not you ever say it out loud.

2

Watch the load meter fill as you check. The point is not a score. The point is the moment you see it and think — no wonder I am exhausted.

3

At the end you will receive a personalised reflection and a gentle reminder that what you carry is real — even when nobody else can see it.

4

You can email, save, or print your results to keep them.

Step 3 of 5 · Before You Begin

A moment for you…

Take a breath. What you are about to see is real. And it is okay to feel something when you see it.

Step 4 of 5 · The Checklist

Everything living in your head

Check every item that you are currently carrying — even the ones nobody ever sees or thanks you for.
